Tiff Nelhams

I’ve been part of this gym for almost three years, starting on front of house before stepping into the role of General Manager when we became ULTRAFLEX West London. During that time, I’ve had the chance to get to know our members and experience first-hand what makes this place so special. For me, it’s never been just a gym—it’s a community and a second home. My role is about more than just running the site. I care deeply about supporting our staff, maintaining high standards, and making sure our members feel welcome, motivated, and valued. I like to lead by example—whether that’s being on the gym floor, putting weights away, or simply having a chat with members—because the little things matter. ULTRAFLEX West London is a place I care deeply about, and I’ll always work hard to make sure it remains somewhere both staff and members can enjoy, feel valued, and be proud to be part of.
